Ethan's Schedule

He has pretty much bought into the schedule with an exception here and there, perhaps the result of a growth spurt.  I've colored the more important times in green, the ones that are the framework for the other times.  They are most often followed.  The others are more flexible. 

Ethan's current schedule:

7:00 - 8:30am Wake time
9:00 - 10:30am Sleep time
10:30am Next meal
10:30 - 12:00pm Wake time
12:00 - 2:00pm Sleep time
2:30pm Next meal
2:30 - 4:15pm Wake time
4:15 - 5:30pm Sleep time
5:30pm Next meal
5:30 - 7:00pm Wake time
7:00 - 7:30pm Sleep time
7:30pm Last meal of the "day" - includes bedtime routine afterwards
8:00pm-6:30am Sleep time
